HVS MUCK SPREADER
This versatile, lowered muck spreader with narrow body has a large loading capacity to maximise every transport.
If offers a very good stability and an optimal safety when working thanks to the excellent balance of the body on the axle and its unbeatable grip, ensured by the very low centre of gravity, even on mountainous or steep terrain.

Tapered, monoblock body
With one-piece side sheets for easy unloading of the goods.
Design
Protection with 2-component paint (2K industrial quality)
(A) Body in ST420 high tensile steel sheet (thickness: 4 mm).
(B) Shot blasting.
(C) 2K primer coat applied directly after blasting + flash-off before applying the finish.
(D) Finish with 2K paint and a hammered effect.
Headboard with self-cleaning grate.

Drive units

Easy access to the manual chain tensioner
Tubular slats welded to shipping chains 14 (to avoid material storage) + moulded gearwheels.
Control box
DPA (proportional flow): automatic regulation of the moving floor speed according to the door opening (except LB 500) and driving speed. Control box to be placed in the tractor.

Guillotine door (standard pre-equipment).
Easily removable composting canopy.
Beaters
Reversible, interchangeable blades in HARDOX 450
Ø 820 or 900 mm beaters depending on model, with 10 mm spirals.
(A) Interchangeable wear rings (except on 37S08 and 42S09).
(B) Beaters with centralised lubrication.
Removable blades to improve crumbling and protect the machine.

Leboulch offers the 3 types of braking systems available on the tractor market: air , hydraulic or dual (air and hydraulic) brakes.
